Gig: 15th September - Snodfest 2012

Macaroni Penguins are returning to Upton Snodsbury Music Festival on Saturday, 15th September 2012 to play at Snodfest 2012.

There are 20 bands lined-up to play over 10 hours of live music, and we are the final band on, scheduled to play at 10:10pm. So come on down, enjoy the fun and pace yourselves!

Macaroni Penguins next gig will be on Sunday, 26th August 2012 at The Old Spot Inn, Dursley.

Macaroni Penguins will be returning to The Black Horse Inn, North Nibley on 3rd June 2012 as part of their Jubilee Weekend Celebrations. We'll be playing from 8:30pm to 10:00pm.

Gig: 19th May - Heaven of the South

Macaroni Penguins will be returning to the Heaven of the South, Mountain Biking Festival on 19th May 2012 at Kingswood, as the world didn't end the last time we played Heaven. This year we'll be playing inside the Village Hall from 7pm - 8pm (so the power should be a bit cleaner).

I realise that you'll have to be quite a committed fan to cycle 46 miles just to have a chance of seeing us for an hour, but hey, the weather might not be as bad as you expect!

Gig: 17th March - Listers Hall, Dursley

On 17th March 2012, Macaroni Penguins will be playing at Listers Hall in Dursley along with Soul Destroyers in an event to support Dursley Festival.

Macaroni Penguins are playing 8:30pm - 9:30pm.

Gig: 28th January - The Black Horse, North Nibley

Today (21st January), is the 17th Anniversary of Macaroni Penguins first ever gig.

Yes, just 17 short years ago myself, Mark, Mike, Fred and a TR-505 drum machine crammed into Piggy's sitting room and played 11 songs, finishing, as has now become tradition, with Stepping Stone.

Next week - Saturday, 28th January 2012 - we will be playing at The Black Horse in North Nibley to celebrate their 1st Anniversary as the landlords of the pub. Come along and appreciate the polish that the intervening 17 years, 1 week and 119 gigs have given us.
